You are the Winemaker!!!!
Spend a hands on day with the winemakers, making the 2021 wines. They will guide you in pressing, punching, stirring (as well as cleaning and washing) and all that goes into making wine.
Come dressed to get wet and dirty. A change of clothes wouldn’t be a bad idea!!
