Starter of Fig, brie and prosciutto
Paired with Old Vine Chardonnay OR Sinistral ‘Jerry’ Lager

Salad of Grilled Romaine and Peach salad
Paired with Pearmund Viognier OR Sinistral Ginger Beer

Entrée of Tenderloin Beef tips with Garlic Leek potatoes and Asparagus
Paired with Pearmund Cellars Petit Verdot OR Sinistral Amber Ale

To Finish:  Molton Chocolate Cake with Raspberry compote
Paired with Pearmund Cellars Late Harvest Tannat or Sinistral Porter

We have two seatings:

12pm and 2pm—room for 30 at each session.

$70 per person. Includes food, drink, education and a reserved table after the event to enjoy the winery and Farmstore.
