Winery Recipes - Flank Steak

Serves Six

1½ pounds
 
Flank Steak
¼ cup
Vin de Sol (or Taylor's Golden Sherry)
¼ cup

Soy Sauce, Low-Sodium
2 Tablespoons

Honey




Blend last three ingredients.
Use mixture to marinade steak for 2 or 3 days, turning at least daily. 
Remove from marinade. 
Broil or grill each side of the flank steak for 5 to 6 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes then cut diagonally.
