1 - Site Fee
The use of Pearmund Cellars outside business hours incurs a
site fee of $750. Private use of our barrel room during business hours
incurs a site fee of $1000. These fees includes use of our site,
tables,
chairs, linens, tableware, candles, and room setup /
breakdown.
2 - Wine Fee
Pearmund Cellars has several wine options available to suit your
budget:

3 - Catering Fee
Our top-quality caterers can create personalized menus to meet almost
any
budget. While you are not required to use our caterers, we prefer
that you do and reserve the right to approve any caterer you
wish to bring on premise. The following restrictions apply:
- All caterers must conduct a site visit with our Tastings
Planner.
- All caterers must be properly licensed and present
proof of licensing.
- All caterers working outside Pearmund Cellars' negotiated
catering contracts must provide their own dishes and flatware.
- Non-catered, potluck tastings for eight or more
guests will incur a fee of $10 per person with a $250 minimum.
Scheduling and Deposits
While planning your private tasting, Pearmund Cellars would be pleased
to enter your expected date on our calendar. However, if we receive
another inquiry for this date, we will request that you either release
the date or secure it by paying our site fee as your initial deposit.
Your final deposit, based on number of expected guests, must be
received two weeks prior to your private tasting. Note that deposits
are non-refundable.
County and State Limitations
- No more than 50 guests.
- No tents allowed on the premises.
- No DJs or bands -- guests may enjoy our XM radio or stereo
system with
five-disc CD changer and CD library (or your own CDs).
- All events must conclude no later than 10:00 p.m.
- Virginia sales tax of 5% will be added to fees incurred.
